We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the location and availability of products. Custom-built PCs or specialized orders may take additional time to process. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when your order is placed.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.

Custom-built PCs may take longer due to the assembly and testing process. We will notify you if there is a delay in processing your order.
4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Shipping costs for standard delivery will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Express Shipping: The cost for express delivery will be displayed at checkout.

Any applicable taxes or customs fees (for Northern Ireland) will be included in the total price at checkout.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We only ship to valid UK addresses, and currently, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, remote areas, or any location outside the United Kingdom.

10. Custom PC Orders
For custom-built PCs, please note that the assembly and testing process may take 7-10 business days or longer, depending on complexity. We will provide an estimated delivery time at the time of order, and you will be notified of any delays.

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to return a product and obtain a refund. Note that custom-built PCs and special orders are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
